National Geographic puts a compelling video together on the Saving the Great Lakes. This is a good example on how coming together in a common goal, can help save one of our natural resources. This is what Earth Day is all about.
On the Earth Day’s web site.
Earth Day Network’s new Global Water Network allows individuals, organizations, or businesses to help fund water projects in rural areas around the globe. Through the “Adopt a Water Project” site, water sector stakeholders are linked on a global scale, enabling them to share water and sanitation-related information and strategies to promote ecologically and socially sustainable water and sanitation services.
